Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location.


Shipping to New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon arrival.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary. Pinned Golf is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including carrier disruptions or customs processing.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.


Lost or Damaged Items
